  6. Lawn scarifier/aerator was delivered about 4.30pm........seems to be well made and a good, heavy bit of kit. Took about 10 minutes to assemble the handle etc and it’s ready to go tomorrow :upyeah:

  8. Bought my boy his first proper m/c, a 125, 4stroke honda CRF. It is mechanically sound but needs a tidy up which I have 2 weeks to do afore his 12th birthday.

So, with that job in mind can any of you fine folks recommend a decent MX shop where I can get things like minor panels, chains, maybe a new front rim and a maintenance manual and other kids m/c MX bits and bobs as although I have been in the saddle for nigh on 30 years I know heehaw about MX and dirt bikes so any advice, guidance or input over the next few days would be reet handy.

  9. Scouring the internet for insight into what’s going to be man enough to rotavate a patch of garden 8m x12m, that has been left fallow for several years. It got dug over with a mini digger at the start of last year but not been touched since. Just want to break it up, turf (ha, ha) and all and get it levelled in preparation for 6 raised beds. Favourite at the moment is a 35hp, hydrostatic jobbie but I feel the need to talk to someone who knows better. Andy

  15. Scarified the front and back lawn, then went over them again with the lawnmower to collect all the crap left behind.

Filled 7 black bags with the stuff pulled up  so I’ve just taken it all to the local tip :)

Now having a shower and will watch a couple of episodes of Ratched :upyeah:

  17. My new set of wheels finally arrived today.

They’re much lighter and have a really natty pair of blue slicks, no rotors but complete with bearings, I like them.

I’m expecting these to improve performance enormously. I ran them in, literally, today.

Handling was good and we’ll see what the grip in the wet is like tomorrow.

    Marchesini eat your heart out.
