you could be right, as didn't see how it got there but I think it's kitty-litter because the engine gave up it's oil and there was a fire for a bit. Whole thing took over 2 hours, with police dogs, ambulance attendance, car wreck removal, I think they had pursued car for quite a while as at least 4 po lice cars immediately at scene on crash event.
