that's a real looker for me ^. no coincidence that it looks vaguely like a modern Elefant considering the company's heritage.
Reminds me of the Elefant in certain ways, might just be the round headlight though. But certainly for me looks nicer than the KTM Adventure. Going to be the 890 power plant so plenty of oomph for me and hopefully lighter than my mates Africa Twin which I think is around 250kgs.
The dealer is was in also had Huskys. I agree the Adventure is an ugly bike, pig ugly, but looks so different when sitting on it. I will test ride it next week.
It’s not so much pig ugly as just weird the way it’s designed with the headlight tilted so upright compared to the SDR it’s at a very strange angle for me.
Replaced the faulty PIR on the exterior light first time ever I’ve electrocuted my on mains supply, flipping nasty stuff that electricity.
Well as it’s raining I thought I would clear out the depths of my wardrobe and found under a pile of dust and cobwebs my bike kit ah that’s taken me back a few years Bloody Nora talk about hoarding 2 bin bags down and still a way to go. i could do with paint now for my cubby I’m embarrassed to show you pictures
Yep here too now despite the forecast for sunshine all day. If normal people fucked up at doing their jobs as much then they’d be sacked, and understandably so. However it seems that weather forecasters live in a different universe much like politicians.
Took my little wee Suzuki on a final and hard 85 mile running-in run consisting of; Aberlemno, Forfar, Kirriemuir, Backwater Reservoir, Brechin and Montrose. Bike feels smoother and freer revving now and has left me wanting a bigger 2-stroke machine.
