I had a Fitbit for Christmas Started walking around the house and I have been doing light exercise since lockdown last year via a cancer therapy support called Yeleni Gentle keep fit with Ruby went from 2 to 3 times a week Log my food via Fitbit which shows carbs/fat/protein I got so far losing weight cutting out biscuits/choc/bread etc and recently upped protein/soya based food I’m also drinking more water to stop dehydration I try to keep under 2000 calories a day I’m not quite bikini standards yet One of my better weeks
It sure does but my consultant said if there was one thing I could do for my myeloma and my bones is to loose weight and keep gently fit That gave me a lot of incentive
