Oh dear, Stella Artois should always be transported in a heavy chilled ceramic 1 litre handled container. I believe these are called jugs by the lower orders. My Stella chappie was specifically trained to port my beverage at chest level and never touch the container barrel less he should warm the liquid within. Simple double cough and he would appear at my left side. Training is everything with the indentured classes. Happy days

I saw and heard an Ice Cream van turn off onto an estate with "Just one Cornetto" playing slightly off key (like they nearly all do) and I couldn't hide a smile :-

"Hey Antonio, I have to ask, so - just how many Ice Creams have you sold on the day after you beat us in the Euro Final at Wembley?"

 

I'm just a dumping ground from all and sundry, but maybe i've some credit inplace when i need it in the future.
