  3. Well this morning we went with #1 son and family to Diggle and had breakfast at Diggle Lock, and I had the French toast as predicted and shown below...

    Screenshot_20210808-171316_Firefox.jpg

It defeated me, but I left sated :)

We then went to #2 sons in Leeds to take something back that they'd left at our house. Turns out that they were going to the North Leeds Food Festival so we decided to go too.

I am now fat as a porky pig!

  4. Birthday celebrations went well.
Recovering from a big night at L'Enclume

Fantastic accommodation, food with accompanying wine flight.
Staying on in the Lakes for a few more nights seeing as the weather is so good!

  6. Off to physio again. I’m going to learn to breath when I exercise. I noticed I can’t talk and breath and exercise at the same time :D not just me the physio noticed too
Multitasking isn’t my strong point anymore

  9. That session went better I’m still holding my breath at times
Had a 20min walk on the treadmill while talking and focusing on my core
What I do is hold my tummy in and my breath

  10. Ride out to MR for 8am this morning, in the pouring rain, for the workshop to shim the Ohlins fork cartridges (and as it turned out, sort out my rear phonic ring) followed by a much warmer and dryer hoon home for some lunch. Just love my Multistrada :D Andy
