Must be something in the water as SWMBO has just been looking at holiday accommodation in Kent for September time, with friends.
Took advantage of the 3hr no-rain, bit-of-weak-sun weather window to scrub the (middle of) the new Road5s on Hermann's newly powder-coated wheels. Roads absolutely shite but hey, it's no garage queen... Hyper wrapped up warm & snug in the garage Got home around 5 - still light - washed the bike and rinsed with hosepipe water that wasn't even cold. On New Year's day FFS!
Got halfway through packaging up loudspeakers ready for return, quite a conundrum involving lots of patience and makeshift padding to prevent damage.
Agree that could’ve been the case, but they’re delivering the replacements the day before they pick up the old ones! It’s because they are so cumbersome and heavy that it’s a real effort to get them safely in the box. Partly wish I’d gone for a refund, as one reviewer said he’s had to send two pairs back.. this time I will make sure I thrash the new ones to within an inch of their life.
I see your a music man, so when they despatch a replacement set , just make sure you pump the street full of loud decibels.
It’ll depend on the Italian government’s tourism policy at the time when we can all get away together. Seemingly Italy is a stage behind us in the battle with omicron. So I guess I’m a talker as this moment in time, thanks for pointing that out!
Strangly enough two friends have got up out from their beds this morning at 4am and are travelling from Stanstead airport to Bergamo for ten odd days, christ knows what hurdles they've to jump test wise.
