  7. Last night met up with number two daughter and partner in town
Went to an underground pub then a Chinese.
Pub was cool lots of well kept ales restaurant was a tacky Instagram affair with overpriced food, small portions and slooow service!
Was hoping to get to make some shapes on the dance floor after but due to covid it was forbidden.
    An interesting night out.

  12. ^ wow, that whole joist "let's vaguely meet in the middle and occasionally touch" thing doesn't look too impressive, even if they are all resting on a dividing wall..

cue loads of professional builder's replies :----)

  15. Order placed?

  16. No.. taking my time as I still want to ride new MTS950 and will try Tracer GT too. Have to say the gearbox is amazing on the Suzy, Ducati please take note, better spacing of gear ratios IMO. It was very easy to ride at walking pace , easier to filter than MTS. I like it’s character.
It’s missing centre stand, heated grips, and in certain circumstances semi active suspension. It’s quite noisy from the screen I thought. And a tad tall for me if I wasn’t to peddle backwards.

it’s a great bike though and I much prefer it to knackered SX1000.

  18. Took the mrs out for our belated anniversary dinner, due to the cold. Had to drink a bottle of champagne and a bottle of red, but still managed to take one for the team. 19 years in, still going strong :punch:
