Last night in Killarney was awesome. The place was bouncing with parties and hen do's! Irish girls are the best!! Today we rode from Killarney to Galway. Fantastic roads and fantastic weather. And at Dingle beach one of our group (Mike from Ducati Glasgow) had a bit of a mishap
Weekend in Leeds visiting a friend ....great run down nice weekend then a run back up on back roads.... and a 20 mile section riding my buddy's streetfighter v4s What a bike it is!!!!!
Whilst I've got a few minutes here's a selection of pics from my Irish trip......in no particular order as they are just off my phone and my WhatsApp messages. I'll post more tomorrow
Sad day. The demise of my faithful toothpaste tube. Served me well but now sadly dead, an ex Colgate. Squeezed and squeezed, CPR to no avail. Replacement to commence later today. Recycling ceremony will be short. I will of course reuse the elastic band
I have! And used a cotton bud to remove every last bit. The cotton bud was then rinsed in my mouth and dried. Slipped it back into the make up bag. She’ll be none the wiser
Is that a little oasis in the centre of an arid desert? I was led to understand it rains everyday in Ireland have I been deceived?
You’d better count on it, never upset the person who prepares your food….I admire your optimism mind.
Got back from Ireland about 45 minutes ago. Knackered……….but what a great trip And thanks to @West Cork Paul for joining us for one day too
You have most definitely been deceived. Thanks to climate change between the spring and autumn equinoxes it rains very infrequently here in the SW. I can’t vouch for the North as I don’t live there. For sure it rains somewhere on the island 340 days of the year but then it rains somewhere in the UK every day too. It’s all a myth but don’t tell anyone as we like to keep our roads as traffic free as possible, don’t want every Tom, Dick & Harriet coming here thank you. ps. The ‘oasis’ is a section of evergreen pine trees growing as a tax free cash crop for the farmer.
Today is bike cleaning day. This afternoon it’s tyre replacement for the car as SWMBO managed to get a puncture in Leeds yesterday :/
Got this, https://www.costco.co.uk/Garden-She...nhouse-Frame-Cover-Self-Watering-Kit/p/371209, to assemble and then take the Multistrada for MoT. Other than that, not much. Andy
