  3. And yes. I’ve fashioned my support bags out of soft furnishings.

  10. Watchout for that black dog in the background, with eyes like that perhaps it was an extra on the movie Omen.

  11. Finally made it to Corfu airport. There seemed to be an issue checking in as apparently the UK’s system hadn’t updated the Greek check in system and the staff didn’t seem to know about the flight being rescheduled from yesterday to today. Anyway after about an hour it was sorted and we were checked in and through passport control and security.

Anyway we’re now sat having a coffee in departures looking through the windows at the thunderstorm that has just been unleashed :)

On a slightly more positive note I found out on Facebook that my niece got married to her long term partner (3 kids together) in Turkey yesterday (it’s mine and SWMBO anniversary the same day). Apparently they told no one and just sent my brother and wife the wedding pics after the event. :)

  16. I'm going to pop out on my own and have 6 pints of Guinness.

When I return and my wife wants to batter me, I'll show her this and say it's half St Patrick's Day :D

  18. We just went to a Turkish restaurant for dinner, where I’d arranged for our friends to meet us there as a surprise for my wife. Their lamb chops are fantastic.
