Couple of odd jobs this morning, then thought sod the expense and had a couple of hours out on a bike. Catching up on the knockhill BSB, nice roast later on.

Anything that lets me adjust my nuts most welcome.

With GP three races today that were exciting, a little trot out in the village for exerise and a free lunch provided by a friend, with a few other things thrown in for good measure...my weekend will be complete once the Petshop boys come on stage later.

Tried my favourite meal - peanut butter on fresh brown bread and couldn't keep it down, but on the plus side, lost 9lbs so far.

 

9lb of peanut butter will make a mess on the shag pile.
