  4. Your telling me our great Lord Horatio was Teetotal, i can understand today with the woke brigade attitudes, but surely not then.

  5. The clue might be the present tense, “he doesn’t drink”, so a play on words, not Lord Nelson but our very own Nelson. Andy

  14. Hill Climb today. After the event finished we all walked down the hill and saw this !

I suppose they had to wait until the event was over to drag it out.

  15. I didn't have a plan today which made a change for me, no road riding today but i did bump start this XL250 down the drive which surprised me as the fecker just wouldn't kickover. i bought it from a friend back in 2013 for £400 and yes that's way too much for scrap metal values back in the day. i stripped it down and proceded with powdercoating the frame & swingarm plus other metal objects, painting was taken care by someone in the Holmethorpe industrial estate, can you spot the mistake,?
A few months later the 916 came along, so the thing was parked up for a very long period until now. the last time i rode it was at the friends paddock area back in 2003 ish which i enjoyed hence why i purchased it from him. anyway i spent quite a bit of time on it today floating around the apple orchard & what a hoot it was....more fun than sex.!

  16. Stop shagging apples then you might enjoy it:p
    Very nice that

  17. Plan was: tax monster. Take monster out. Turned out with take vdub out, head to J&S Cheltenham to try on 1 piece suits then down to swing megastore for the same.

Nearly bought rst airbag suit til salesman talked me out of it at J&S, the guy at Swindon was far more knowledgeable.

Now to do some research on airbag costa and suits….

  18. Weirdo, but thanks.:upyeah:

  19. Started putting the Stag back together after some timing chain work, got too hot so sacked it off. Watched the 2nd WSB race instead
