It's pissing down in West Sussex at the minute and my friends new gutters are leaking already, the great British worker doing what he knows best..... The good news is that the grass is turning green as we speak.
Been scouring the internet for a birthday treat for Carole. I think I’ve got it cracked, 2 nights in a posh country hotel (with all the trimmings) and a day at Zip World, the longest and fastest zip wire in the world, or so they claim. Seems appropriate for an adrenalin junky Andy
Window shopping for a new BBQ as our old one is on it's last legs and it's time to replace it with something more substantial. Rather taken by the "Traeger Ironwood" smoke pellet option. It'll be next year before I do pull the trigger, as the garden and driveway are the priority now, assuming I am not drowning under the weight of energy bills by then or broke or both.
Are you going for the "Velocity 2". Would love a go on that. Not sure I could convince my wife to join me though.
Drove to Doncaster. Tomorrow it’s on to Canterbury where we’re staying with friends who only have the occasional glass of wine. Can anyone tell me where I can get a decent pint of real ale in Canterbury?
Bit of sea kayaking out of Dartmouth. Roasted marshmallows On a deserted beach. Fish and chips afterwards. 100 mile drive home.
Sometimes i have to pinch myself at times when you've a choice of motorcycles parked up in garage to play with. the silver one out first and then the superlight down to the coast.
A busy day at work, then a WhatsApp message anyone fancy chips by the coast?. Of course I do, three weeks on the trot now, got to make the most of the weather. Arrived home long after dark, the Headlight on the new Supersport is good. Roll on the rest of the weekend.
I see @Advikaz aka Mr Adam muscles has left his bowls behind again, and yes it's all about chasing the good weather until they turns out the lights again for another year.
