  2. Went to a October fest last night, I'm not much of a drinker but had a brilliant time. Not going to be doing a lot today.

  3. Cleared out the man cave of all the crap I throw in it for the winter. Got friends over for some drinks and a very wet F1 race ! Mrs Slingy has cooked up a big vat of chilli and Nacho’s to snack on :D

  5. Thanks. The bit behind me is the better side, around 130 bottles of booze on the shelves which helps when my team loses… again

Cheers, I had it made from an online neon company. Turned out to be scammers and I was one off the very few to actually receive their order !

  7. Played a golf comp and drew with 41 points. We had a par 3 play off and I won.

Came home, shower and out with the family for dinner. Just home for a bit of David Attenborough.

  10. Yesterday, went all the way to London from Gloucester to go for visa appointments at the Spanish Consulate that I'd spent 3 months trying to get. They had no knowledge of the appointment and wouldn't see us, and some of our official paperwork runs out today. Grrr.

  12. Went out and did about 50 miles on the Nsr but decided to call it a day after a sprinter van thought it was a good idea to turn around just the other side of a blind bend. Closest I’ve come to thinking oh shit this is it in a long time.

  13. Loaded a fraction of my stuff into my car for my move north. Turns out, I have a lot of stuff and an idiotically small & impractical car for house moves. Ho hum, at least I have a van sorted for bike transport and looks like it will be used for a lot of other stuff too

  14. I'm still trying to find the right grease nipple thread size, stockists are useless these days, plus a quick 40 odd mile ride on a ducati with invisible rain in the air so all good as no washing required afterwards.

  15. Glad you're still here :upyeah:

  16. Thanks so am I :upyeah: bloody close one though.
