Feeling it now mate. Not been out much recently, weather crap and all that. Had winter league this morning, decided after we’d finished it was too nice a day to go home so did another 18! Shot 78 too _

 

Been working in Lewisham this weekend, got home and wanted to try out my new Autoglym solar shampoo (have the solar blast snow foam too but the bike wasn’t that dirty)

I think I may have got carried away with it

 

Had a lovely afternoon and evening with family at The Star Inn at Lingfield . A cracking place with nice food and welcoming staff . We stayed the night there in a comfy room and had a nice cooked breakfast before the drive home this morning . Recommended

 

Limped to the club like heir flick with a very pulled groin and lots of back pain. Skipped back after 6 beers and a lot of laughs.

20 odd years ago i used to pop in there for a few jars with a mate, it's a small world don't you know.

 

Worked from home today, until 2pm, then had a great 2 hours out on the bike.

 

Haven't been for a good while, used to go to The Old Cage for it's thirst-slaking range of Real Ales - but was 40 years ago.

 

Brace yourself @Chris as it's a Tesco express now, another one that went to the builders just up the road was the Coach House in Dormans park, which played live music for us folks for many years.!

 

There wasn’t so many words between brace yourself and the bad news there, I do hope Chris was at the very least sat down ffs.
