Took the battery off the monster again, to re charge it, if it doesn't start first time, it just try's to turn over for about a second then cuts out then leave it for day until I try again
Good ride out with android, on what i can only describe as the slippiest roads I have been on in some time. Great fun still, and started out at 0915 and home 1600 with a good 200 miles more on the clock.
It is slippery out there right now. Book some track-time in the spring and take it gradually. You'll love it
Wasted 3hours of my life getting to London and then home again because TFL didn't show south west trains were down due to engineering work, should have took the bike grrrrrrr
350 miles in the Chav mobile ... By 3am was so shagged out I kept drifting off the bloody road and I have to say despite stopping and having coffee the last 30 mins was the scariest I've driven in years thank god it was at 3am and no bugger on the road! Don't do sat nav bingo and visit friends all over the place !!! My iPod adapter broke and I couldn't even blast myself awake as was so sick on the 2 CDs in my changer
My mate helped me fit some kit to sort out my broadband. My speed was less than 1mbps. It is now between 18 and 25mbps. Who needs BT!!!!!!!
Visited Motorcycle Live - strangely disappointed. Not much legroom on the Monster 1200 The front end of the R1200RT makes Nigella's bum look tiny. The Multistrada still has to be one of the best bikes out there.
I agree I thought the hyperstrada was one of the most desirable bikes at the show although the 899 was my personal highlight, what a stunning bike! Ducati did manage to produce a stand that oozed desirability.
I acquired flu-like symptoms over a few hours. Felt pretty much OK when i got up, but then started feeling nauseous, very cold and tired. Had to get dressed to go to bed - teeth chattering. Feel a bit better now after 12 hours' sleep.
