After a non start session yesterday, both bikes up and running fine this morning. Both only started on one cylinder, but after some popping/banging and a wipe of the plugs they ran on two and ran like a dream.. Got them nice and warm and did a few miles on them both. Got home well happy, then remembered they are both SORN, whoops.

Email from dvla….they will be in touch when they have scanned my docs…which I hand delivered 10 days ago. Tossers. Lazy Tossers at that. It’s 6 months now. 3 months since I reapplied. For no reason. Hard not to be mad. Managed to get out after work for 5 mile walk. Needed it.
Spent 4 hours in the driving wind and rain helping with others directing traffic up a long and narrow road to the farmstead at my wife’s uncles funeral Over 600 came to pay respect on Tuesday evening Back home later today to dry off !
Day out on the Scrambler about 220 km playing up and down a twisty mountain road (several times...). The three musket ears, or rather, their steeds. A good day was had by all
Recovered the Clarke fabric garage that had moved several feet down the garden overnight, during the high winds. I know I should have paid more attention to securing it when we assembled it but it’s now properly secured with all 12 poles pegged with 8” long, metal, tent spikes and the lower stretcher bar at each corner is lashed to a ‘screw in’ ground anchor. Bloody thing ain’t going to move any time soon now Andy
Aside from dealing with a 6 year old who has Chicken Pox, and trying to work, I've been reviewing and signing my contract for the role I was offered yesterday! I'll be leaving my firm after getting on for 13 years, so rather nervous but it has to happen and I think it will be good for me.
lengthened hydraulic hoses on E-bike for higher handlebars. Front didn't want to pump up despite thorough priming but I had swapped the "master cylinder" for another with an electric sensor on it, which turned out to be the fault. Happy days as they say. Back brake next which I can't prime as easily as goes thru' frame but I do love a challenge.
