  1. Feeling stupid this evening.
The bank holiday wrecked my weekly routine, so my usual Friday morning trip to the Gym was only my second of the week. Had to mix things up a bit to get to my weekly target whilst being mindful that I'm only recently not suffering from last years Hamstring injury.
So was really careful but managed to get to where I wanted to be distance wise with my Cardio, and weight wise on the loose weights.
Really pleased with myself at that point, mainly for showing some restraint.

Dropped in to Sainsburys on the way home to do the weekly shop and earn some Brownie points with Lady Nasher.
Reached round a couple of old biddies in everyone's way chatting to get some Raspberries off the shelf, twisted round and pulled a muscle in my back.
So sat with a microwave warmed grain bag on it tonight.

    Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.

  3. After work I went and picked up two folding bikes for our camper van in readiness for this month's trip away.
The wife was going to get on a zoom work call for an hour so nipped out for a quick one on the SL. Roll on the weekend.

  4. Picked up a kilo of "Flocoat" & a litre of acetone. Final finishing of hull repairs prepwork -hopefully- between showers tomorrow.

All being well (and a dry day) Sunday should see a large dose of acetone to make the existing gelcoat sticky, ready for the new Flocoat to bond well. Fingers (legs & arms) crossed!

  16. Good point, but I’m in no fit state to even leave the house, so there’s no risk of passing it on to anyone.
