  2. Washed the Vanana.

  3. Saw one of these at bikers night The Swan Fradley Wednesday night, photographs don’t show just how nice they are IMO. Reminds me of a more affordable MV Augusta Superveloce, the paintwork on the White I saw looked super.

  5. yeah in the flesh it’s really smart. More affordable superveloce is correct yet it’s infinitely better spec’d than the mv, although I did consider one of those because with the aftermarket system they do for that bike they look and sound amazing

  9. My SC performance exhaust sounds epic through Welsh villages on my dragster, the locals often wave with joy presumably. I’d be sorely tempted with a 1200RR should funds allow though.:upyeah:

  11. yeah it’s been a lot to get used to tbh! It’s got a lot of modes/options and things to try and get used to! The suspension is firm, currently I prefer the sport preset as it gives me a feeling more like I’m used to, but with the suspension in soft it can be made really really wafty!!! suspension wise I’m sure it will be very similar to the Panigale tackle.

the engines bloody strong though, didn’t Rev passed 7k revs today and it was ripping my arms off at times

  12. Went for a walk by Loch Ard (much easier going than at Loch Well ‘ard). The walk was a bit disappointing because dense trees stop you from getting open views over the loch.

The best view was from where I parked.
When I got home I mowed the weeds.

  13. Friend from Southampton came to stay for the weekend on Friday so a few of us went out for a couple late Friday night. Got back in at 3am yesterday…….absolutely wankered.

Then at 11am yesterday we all went for a walk up Roseberry Topping. I felt bloody awful.

We then went for a late lunch in Stokesley before heading home, showered changed and back out on the town at 5pm. We got in at 2.40am this morning. :p

And despite drinking way more than I did the night before I feel ok this morning (though I don’t think I should get behind the wheel of a car just yet ) :)

Thank fuck he’s going home today ;)

  15. Up early yesterday, couple of hours down the gym, then about 180 miles on the PP. Then went to my cousins for the weekend, ate and drank far too much, hanging out of my arse today, can’t see out of one eye this morning, going to see if a full English sorts it.

  16. 2nd night is always a charm.

  17. Today, I finally worked out what was wrong with the return spring on the rear brake of my ST4. Really bad piece of design which, apparently, was improved on later examples. The spring pushes very low down on the pedal and does not have the leverage to take up the slack. I have now built a system that works by pressing much higher up on the pivot pin like the improved version. Success! :D
