  6. Got home from work and packed up the campervan ready for four days away in Rye with the wife and two dogs . No need for a duvet when there's a menopausal woman in a confined space!

For once the weather let us down, very misty and drizzly after storm Agnes, but also dead atmospheric :)
Footpath we we’re heading down is just ahead of Pete..

Far too wet and windy for any sane person to be out, we only saw two geezers in over 8 miles, Roseberry Topping at top centre of picture in the distance

Bins for @Ducbird and a very subtle black and white Yorkshire road sign :joy: :joy: !! ..cracked me up that did :D

Called into Lordstones café after the walk for a coffee and a scone, but unfortunately hoovered them up before I could get photographic evidence, ..greedy git!
Another cracking day out despite the wet start :upyeah:

  11. Why, the one you’ve got will be perfectly good for years and tens of thousands of miles.
How many miles have you done on it?

  14. After experiencing burning when having a pee and a distinct achy pain down below i went to see the doc who referred me for a fast track Kidney/bladder scan and a Cystoscopy (not pleasant)...anyway all the tests came back as normal but i have a slightly inflamed and enlarged Prostate, whilst suffering these symptoms, riding my bike was uncomfortable to say the least down below due to exerting pressures etc, after leaving the bike alone for a couple of weeks and letting things settle down a bit with Anti biotics i finally went out on it yesterday and all was fine!...but it did give me a bit of a wobble thinking that i would never be able to ride my 916 comfortably again ( leaving aside the sore neck and wrists of course) - Relief.:upyeah:

  15. Relief indeed and relief for me and probably several others on here that we are not alone. depending on your specific pain "down below" I might be able to add a few words which might help almost instantly but would be via a "D.M." as not really suitable for broadcast. :upyeah:

  16. Very true, but as it’s a computer on wheels, I wouldn’t want to own one out of warranty!

  17. Went back to my favourite pub for dinner, then on to friends in Cornwall for a long weekend. Drank far too much, as expected.

  18. I work a 4 day week these days, Friday morning is always the same. Coffee with a special smoke. Sit in the garden for a couple of hours and then get started on some tasks.

First task today is to sort out my home assistant setup with my air filtration system.

  19. A nice walk in Hastings counrty park so far. Rumours of walking to the pub for dinner....
