  1. Did a dry run at offering up my neighbour’s Carbon aero kit to see if I’d be confident helping him to fit it next weekend.
The thought of drilling the bodywork is daunting but he’s fairly relaxed about it and won’t hold me responsible if we muck up

  2. I sorted through pics I took while visiting North Yorkshire in January. We were staying just outside Castleton in the North York Moors. Beautiful area. Weather was a little challenging but we really enjoyed the area. I just wish I'd had a wider lens.

  8. Sprayed Dynax S50 (rust proofing) in various Stag cavities.

  9. Decided to upgrade the bathroom extractor fans in the loft (as the originals were frankly pretty ineffectual) and whilst up there, fit some insulated ducting to prevent condensation forming inside during winter months, when the temperature differential is high. Each duct end is attached by a jubilee clip and then the outer sleeve is taped to prevent any moisture laden/air leaks escaping into the loft void.

I decided on one extractor fan running from each of the two downlighters (it's a very small bathroom). The only tricky part was balancing the overrun timers, but they are within a few seconds of one another so I am happy with that. Judging by the results after a shower/bath, there is little if any residual moisture on the walls/mirror etc, so pleased with the outcome. Air from the fans is ducting through the roof to atmosphere.

  11. I've used those before now and they're very effective, just be careful her knickers don't get sucked out or you'll be in trouble again.!

  13. I did the same but just one fan. I had those smaller fans to begin with, they didn’t do a lot, the new one is much better

  15. What time I wasn’t sitting on the toilet last night :poop:, I had my head down it . Not sure why but guessing food poisoning as it came on so quickly. Feeling very sorry for myself this morning :( but life goes on. Dropped the folding camper off for a service as early as I could and now waiting in on a delivery. Andy

  17. Attended the initial private medical consultation for my upper back and neck issue. £240 for 10 mins (I should have tried harder at skool).
    MRI next week.
The NHS really is f*cked to bits.

  18. Last time I tried to go private they told me to wait for the NHS as they weren't set up as well if there were complications after the procedure and charged me for the privilege of speaking to me. Private sector isnt all its cracked up to be either (as well as the NHS being fekked due decades of tory mismanagement).
