  1. Dropped the carbon spoiler for the car in to my friends paint shop this morning, he called this afternoon to say it’s ready! Will give it a day to harden before fitting it.

It won’t look like that for long, as they’ve got A LOT of accessories to fit!

  6. Couple of days work spent in Maynooth just outside Dublin... aren't the Irish great! So friendly...:upyeah:

  7. Tis true, however their grasp of condescension verges on the ridiculous.

  8. Please explain more...as I'm toying with the idea of moving here!* Thx.

  9. Do you miss the rain having left these fair(ish) shores.

Iteland is greener than Britain for a very good reason……

  10. Seriously, every summer for the last 10 years I've run away from the heat and mosquitos in the S. of France...and it's getting worse..

  11. I have only been to the Alps in France Winter season and the Ardeche in April. The later was bloody freezing but warmer than our original destination in Orpierre(rock climbing)

  13. Leaving the south of France for Ireland, I like it but I would be thinking a summer house in Ireland verses all year.
This is coming from a lad that left Ireland for the US, ended up in So-Cal and is thinking of moving to Spain.

  14. Well that was a first. John Bishop had a BSL interpreter at the side of the stage, which isn’t so unusual. What was unusual was that the support was a deaf comedian called Gavin Lilley, who signed his routine while the BSL interpreter recited it for those that don’t sign. And he told my favourite joke of the night :):upyeah:

  15. Yesterday Doris and I spent most of the day in the garden planting up some pots and repotting other plants and bushes. Then yesterday evening we went out for a Thai meal. Which was nice :)

  16. Went up to the smoke for a fantastic lunch and cocktails with a mate. Was home by 10, so don’t feel too bad today.

  17. Went to a Greek restaurant in town with ex neighbours last night. The highly entertaining staff got carried away smashing plates and almost removed a young girl’s top during an impromptu dance routine.
    Retsina isn’t my friend.
