Ive worked over christmas and new year as i have for the last 7 years (i work from home so its not a massive chore) and ive been sat here for the last 10 days or so waiting and watching on our new product owner (of six months) to wish the team (based all around the globe) a happy christmas/new year and thank us for our efforts over the last 12 months.
    Its the 2nd January today and still not a dicky bird.
    Absolute clueless, utterly demotivating, moron. Get him gone please @2025

A much shorter walk over Watership Down before heading to PizzaExpress for an early, free birthday pizza they offered me :D Next week, it’ll be a local pub for my (still early) birthday offer of 50% off a meal with a bottle of Prosecco. Still haven’t figured where I’m going on my birthday but still plenty of time to plan something :joy: Andy

  13. Father in laws funeral today. I’ve been dreading it, if I’m being honest, but it all went well. What got everyone though was when his brother, who also now has dementia broke down in tears. I was doing OK until then, but that really hit me, and most of the congregation.

  15. Succumbed to the lurgy with unfortunate timing as we are away for a weekend break in the lovely Lake District
    The weather forecast is for an imminent weather bomb of snow!
