UPDATE: Having just spoken to the company's (Indian) customer service department it would seem that my details were passed on to them by a car park company and it happened automatically. My subscription has been cancelled and my £18 will be refunded back to my card in 5 working days.
Been trying to get some positive response from Virgin Media. They have placed a large grey cabinet, which presumably serves the road, on my land without any signed permission Any phone calls are directed to a call canter in India, which only goes to further complicate matters.
The banks don’t care. I had problems with EE signing me up for a Sky package - they said it was a special deal on Netflix and didn’t mention Sky. I won’t put a penny in Murdoch’s if I can help it so told EE to cancel as it was in the cooling off period. It was actually about 10 minutes after the initial conversation as the emails had come through. EE said they couldn’t do anything so I went to the bank immediately to stop any payments and was told they couldn’t do it. WTF? Was my response, it’s my money and I am telling you that I don’t want this company taking money out going forward for this reason. DD guarantee etc etc and no luck at all. Managed to get EE to sort it after a lot of bombarding Facebook etc with comments. It was a bloody PITA. Thankfully the amount of money wouldn’t have been an issue so it was more a principle thing. Cannot imagine the stress of doing that if a large amount of money was involved. I have zero confidence in the system after that episode. Now I have a separate account with another bank where I could transfer everything to if needed.
Drill a small,hole in the top and fill it with water. You will get someone out who you speak to fairly quickly
That's a shame. I've had a bad experience with aqualisa in our old house, they charged me initially £400 to send someone round to replace a cable from the loft to the power shower and upgrade a chip. They only upgraded the chip and refused any discount/ refund. I had a shower that still didn't work. Phoned them up and the guy straight up laughed at me down the phone. Thought fuck you and went to the bank. No questions i had the full refund in the bank within a week. What's more all the cable needed was taping up and pulling through the internal stud wall to get from the ceiling to the shower. No idea why he couldn't of done that but took me 10 mins. The money these cunts charge..
According to knox I'm a medium, perhaps I should of read that first before ordering... Shall be returning the XL. Clearly not a big boy yet.
I'm thinking more skinny in the belly . The gloves being xl fit ok though, but I might try the handroids as the knuckle armour felt restrictive
