Rode the bike in today, I am probably going to tempt fate but it was running really awesome today. Sometimes it just feels 'perfect'!....
Well we're back! Doesn't 2 weeks fly by when you're lazing in the sun! Cuba lived up to its reputation, much rum was consumed and we met some superb Canadians who helped make it a really fabulous holiday. Now to try and work out how to get the money to go back next year!
Sorry finm, don't want to upset anyone. But if you've never been put it on your bucket list. It's a very poor country, but has the most welcoming folk you could hope to meet. We don't spend much time in Havana as we want to get out to our little island, but it is somewhere I think everyone should see. It just reminds me just how well off we really are, and how it's possible to live with next to nothing, but still smile every day!
So far today I have surfed the net for nothing but rubbish, have caught up with Coronation St, and we're now watching the second episode of Top Gear in Burma. Later I'm going to see #2 son's imminently new house, then I'm taking my granddaughter swimming. Which will be a hoot. Then said granddaughter is coming back to our house to spend the night whilst her mum and dad go out for the evening in get arseholed.
Just popped the back wheel in the Shitebird after having a new tyre fitted, so I'm off out for a spin.
