Oh woe is me. MOT and a 40k km service coming up on the bike (booked). MOT and a 200k service booked for the car. This requires new suspension, so that's not good for the wallet. From being very poor I am going to be completely stoney.
Don't think we will be taxed on it, it's not income its a refund on money we have already paid out. We'll be taxed on it when its all drawn out as dividend next week :Grumpy:
twas a generic comment, windfalls like that are often(sometimes) accompanied by an unexpected/unlinked expenditure.... get in one hand, taken away in the other. if you get to spend it all, then go go go!!!
No I'm being very Presbyterian and putting it away for a rainy day..the rainy day will probably involve the purchase of a another motorcycle!
Rode the bike in to work again today.. Yep, I still love it! I get paid tomorrow though so I can order a new mudguard that might actually do something (unlike the DP one) and a Oberon Clutch Slave Cylinder as my poor hand hurts.
