I had no power at work so did my best to empty the fuel tank of my Monster out the exhaust pipes, I was successful and had a very enjoyable 70 miles in the sunshine :smile:
New tyres they fitted the wrong size on back and I didn't check until I got home, and extracted her indoors from the tender care of the NHS.
Got home from work and did a 5.5k run followed by 35 sit ups 25 press ups and 25 leg raises. Just the usual really...

Helped guy fit sky into stepsons bedroom, took stepson and girlfriend to Skullduggery to sort out their tattoo's, this evening took the bike over toWhitwell station for the regular Friday meet, loads of folk there, saw some nice Dukes, now sitting watching England attempt to play football!!
