I washed my bike to get it "superficially clean".
This is an event. There is only one thing about my bike I dislike more then washing it, and that's seeing it dirty.
But I can't be bothered to lavish all the time, care and attention that others do. No removing fairings for me. I just can't see the point, really. If I had it that clean, I'd be worried about getting it dirty again, and it is there to be used not fawned over.
So it now looks quite shiny and clean, but don't look too closely.

 

Started painting a few panels ready for reassembly. Very frustrating one handed.
