Bugger. It's the vimeo link thats not working on the Wibbly Wobbly Web. Send it to your Hand-droid or Crapple phone and it should bring up the Vimeo App. I'm not sure how to get it online?

Finished the barrels - put in the sugary water: 1 litre for plums, 9 litres of apples. Don't ask me why.
I have already plotted the labels for the bottles when the stuff is finally bottled. The kirsch will be ready for bottling at about Xmas time, but I would think that the plum and apple schnapps will only be reading for distilling at about that time.

I am now going to make a courgette and prawn curry. Well, more a courge and prawn curry as one round courgette got overlooked and has morphed into 2.5 kg monster. Got to do something with it and fast - it won't freeze.

 

Work phone time today, black screen and buggered. Sorted now but its been a quiet day so far

I quite fancy a curry. Going to make a double quantity and freeze the excess.
