  5. We went for a beautiful thai meal in a funny little restaurant in Halifax. It felt like you were in their house. :D

Nonetheless it was fantastic food and fantastic service and all for the princely sum of £32 including a couple of beers :upyeah:

  8. I was going to cut a bake bean tin up as I have a cunning plan - but I don't know where my tin snips are, oh well, looks like the kitchen scissors...

  9. What's next ? prince2?

  10. There's two on the roof (well, one on it and one in it) so that makes it, uh, six in total, I think.

I got up early but went back to bed, so I may be counting things twice or not at all :)

  11. Waiting for @Drinky to start his first race :) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1413026687.391821.jpg

  12. I had to contact British Telecom after my wife complained to me

Hello, British Telecom Help Hotline? - The cable on my house phone is a bit too long. Could you give it a pull from your end please ? "

  13. Having one or two in my local, ( the Manners Bakewell) might even have figs share as he's been a bit quiet this week.

  14. Been contemplating drilling the rear of my project main frame tubes - jigged everything around the engine and have the pop marks in the correct place (hopefully) - two hole saw cuts at an angle of 26 degrees and it will be done. If wrong it's a week waiting for more T45 steel and 2 days work to get back to this stage. So I'm sat on the settee instead having a coffee before plucking up courage to go for it.
If successful I may have something to post on my build thread tomorrow...

  15. Mark, check twice and get on with it.

  16. I've checked it about 6 times so far - everything was balanced, using both arms, one leg, 1 knee, 2 angle finders, a spirit level and a home made headstock clamp prior to marking - it was lunacy, should have got some help to hold stuff...

  17. i would check again. you never know min.

  18. Going now...
