Decided to start dieting today.

My decision was prompted by the water level in the toilet rising dramatically when I climbed into the bath

 

entered the office bake off competition
my Chilli & Chocolate sponge was well received.

 

bought 2 pairs of shoes,, 95 fookinn £ each,, what ya gotta pay for decent pair shoes nowadays !!

Rode out of Tokyo under and over the Tokyo Aqualine to Chiba prefecture.
Check out the Aqualine it's completely bonkers, 10km of tunnel which emerges through a man-made Island in the middle of the estuary and turns into a 12km bridge.
It was built by a construction company to use the maximum possible amount of government funding pork fat and is a white elephant that hardly anyone uses, because of the hight toll. Except today, of course, when it was packed solid exactly when I was riding through it.

On the way back the traffic was light and it was much more fun, you can go really fast with no side winds, because you are in a huge tunnel.

 

I got my exhaust re-polished for next season & I also did my calipers...they turned out pretty good!

i used to work next to where they parked the hogworts express. loved watching it fire up and pulling away from the shed it was in. enjoy.

I prefer the calipers in matt actually - don't look right polished. IMHO.
