  1. It's presumably on YouTube. Why do we need it here, where some folks want to shoot the breeze about bikes or not about bikes?

Truly controversial stuff that, if posted, could have serious legal ramifications belongs on sites that can handle the flack arising from it. YouTube can cope - ducatiforum.co.uk cannot.

  2. A link would be fine...

  3. It's a link, not hosted.

  4. There is a whole flood of them on YouTube , if you just enter what I put in the post above it does seem like the truth will out sometime soon as YouTube don't seem to have plans to remove them

  5. Technically correct.
Is there a difference in law between a hyper-link in a ducatiforum posting leading to a site that hosts the video, and a window hosted by a ducatiforum posting that links to the site where the video is hosed?

  6. Is there a difference between a government that censors the Internet on ideological grounds and a site owner who self-censors his website on the grounds that he has no time or money for protracted legal proceedings when private individuals bring forth a series of lawsuits?

Or is this the same thing?

  7. i think it was right to pull it as requested, the really cool thing about this forum is the diverse topics it covers,i love talking bikes, it's also v.cool talking other subjects with other bikers,i have become quite, maybe to political in the last year or two but on hindsight it/was to heavy.

  8. I've just looked at the subject. Sorry Chris, I thought you were initially saying that a member here had made a controversial video.

I hadn't heard or read anything about this. It's bloody horrific if true.

  9. That's alright Fig I should have explained it more clearly, all the stories fact or fiction seem to be bubbling to the surface now and nobody will be able to put a lid on the saucepan before long. I just feel sad if the C.R. implications are true as I thought he was a decent bloke even if a little hammy.

  11. Having read above link, seems any accusations in that direction are not of the horrid type, simply of said fella still maintaining a closet-persona

  12. Heh. Nice avoidance too, I approve.

Is there anything more to be said about rain? Or would you prefer not to stick your neck out (and possibly get wet)?

  13. it kind of reeks of conspiracy theory to me, feck have i come across some bull (from both sides) but i cant believe this is going on to that level.

  14. Jimmy saville...rolf harris...stuart hall...yep conspiracy theory

  15. i unfortunately have to pass jimy savels former home on glencoe when heading south, i am also quite proud in hindsight to have knocked him over on fort bill high street, also got him to leave a party my kids where at by threatening to brake in to his rangerover, but i was talking about the "establishment"

  16. That wasn't the link that was put up earlier bradders

  17. As I never saw any link, or any vid, Chris I wouldnt know ;)
