    Nasty women out there fighting for a Hoover
    Black Friday yep black and miserable for some
    One advantage it took 5 minutes to drive kids to school instead of half hour the roads were empty!

  12. Today I paced myself and let the team be busy little bees. Hip pain was between 4 and 6 out of 10 most of the day, which was a little disappointing. Next week looks awfully awful but I'll worry about that later.

    Tomorrow is meant to be sunny so I am spending the rest of this evening thinking positive thoughts about enjoying a long day of biking.

    Good to see that Bradders was also pacing himself today and resting peacefully in the bosom of his co-workers. He deserves a medal for what he lets his team do on his behalf!
