I nearly had a threesome this afternoon, but my wife decided she didn't want to at the last minute. Derek and I still had a great time though.
I fitted the seat and clutch basket that I bought on eBay and had delivered to my Hotel while on a work trip to NY. Getting the Termi exhaust back as check in luggage was a bit touch and go, as it was too big for oversize luggage. But they let me check it in anyway. Will fit those later. As well as the spare airbox lid, after I cut some holes in it.
woke up full of beans, took a look out the winday a said "feck that" might wash the fugly later, need it looking relatively looked after before it goes down for the big one. how much for the big bhuna service? t,belts, shims, all fluids?maybe fork seals, valet? 1k?
Take it to an independant, you'll save a fortune. I got the fuglystrada and my Sprint 1050's major services done for £650 all in. And he gave me a courtesy bike
we have a bike shop in oban "stodarts" have you heard of suzy wolf? good wee place but would rather do it my self when it comes to the duc's,they have no experience with them. d.g have winter rates, which is no less handy than any other, think there might be one through in edinbro.
swap feck with fuck. swap fugly with mutistrada 1100s swap big bhuna with full. swap 1k with f.ing expensive. :Angelic::smile:
I've been playing with my granddaughter for the past 3 hours. I'm worn out answering the question "Why?"
Fig, you've posted that on the wrong thread. It should have been in the mancave one, your new shed.... Had mate and his chick over for the weekend. Food, beer, wine....racing plans..
just had a tractor trailer load of chopped wood delivered. no prizes for guessing what i am up to for the rest of the day. if i can be arsed.
Gave my bike a good wash to get all the salt and crud off from yesterday's ride out. Love that smell,of,wd40 on the exhaust.
Pulled the tank off the blade. All 2 year old petrol binned. Cleaned out the carbs, fuel filter, then put it all back together. 16 year old bike, 24,000 Kms on and still looks brand new.
Glueing it all back together for your Xmas tree? Tight arsed and cheap way of getting one, if you ask me.
the thing about wood is it heats you twice. been at it all day 3 loads then coffee fag, and so on at this rate i should be finished about 10 maybe.
