I thoroughly enjoyed GM's book, found it very well written and informative, especially his description of the Irish road racing. Still trying to get my head around his use of the back brake to keep the front down whilst hard on the throttle though!

Do remind me to lend you a DVD I have about a guy riding a Honda90 from India back to the U.K though, fantastic stuff.

 

I hesitatingly stepped through the door of my local brothel today.

It was the first time I'd seen the outside world since Christmas eve

 

Had an unbelievable result on the stock exchange today.

Swapped fifteen oxo cubes for a jar of bovril

 

I made more mince pies (ate all the others - they were so good) and decorated the second load of gingerbread men.

I did a couple of more important things too.

 

I had low expectations to start with and some people failed to meet them.
