So what have you done today..?

  1. The only thing I've really done today (sadly) apart from feed the birds (it's 2 large bird feeders every 2 days - they're eating me out of house and home) is do a bit of reading about Islam to try and find out what I think I should be thinking about it. But I've come to some conclusions.

    Oh, and I've been following the darts. There is just something about the darts that I really like. It's so non-pretentious and low rent and joyful. And I love the Northern Irish accent of that bloke who presents it.

    The CBR restoration receipt folder has just topped £2k... Another £500 order is en route, plus a bit more paintwork. I reckon the total will be just north of £3k To be fair, it will be worth about £3k to the right person on a good day, so pretty much a break even. Good job the bike was given to me!

  7. Got the KTM supermoto starting reliably. Down to bad earthing.....cos its all nice and clean and coated and shiny so had to grind off coating in specific places.

  17. So far I've managed a sleep in..........8.05am! Yayyy!

    I've now had two espressos and I'm gearing myself up to fix a drainpipe that has come away from the house in the winds :(

  18. This morning I took the wife a cupa up to bed then went out and fitted new disk pads to the rear of my Vivaro van, 40 mins to do both sides and the ally wheels took some knocking off at that. Now relaxing!!
