  3. Sincere commiserations - I've had two endoscopies, one with local anaesthetic and one with general and both are the worst thing I've ever experienced (apart from having my knee stitched up without any anaesthetic as a child.)

  4. This morning, as I stood naked looking in the Mirror, I thought to myself:

"Any second now I'm gonna get chucked out of this newsagents."

  5. I'm now sat in Denver airport waiting for a flight to Springfield Missouri.

There's a severe snow storm forecast. I might make it there. I might not.

And if I do make it I may be stuck there for a few days :/

  6. washed the camper, wifey car, rinsed the MTS off, watched Villa, watching Scotland v Wales.

All this whilst I'm on duty

Going to see Ross Noble tonight at Salisbury City Hall

  8. I'm making a walnut and coffee cake.
It may turn out OK, and it may not. I'm a cake-making novice - never make them.
But I was looking at all the walnuts from the tree in a bowl and thought "I ought to use those". One thing led to another. Only have one cake tin, so have to do it in two sequential lots.

  9. been oot on the bike again:smile:. not watching rugby.

  10. Decided to attack my first garden project of the year - dug a 3.5m long mini trench, laid a little hard-core and sand in the bottom, fitted paving edging strips. Secured with ready mix and watered. Now the heavy soil moving over the next few weeks to level for the patio. A bit at a time as I'm still getting over last years pro lapsed disc due to lifting the bikes onto the stands in the extension. Aiming at finishing for late spring so I can attack the decking project next. Only 75 mins work today and I'm knackered! But pleased I got started at last having put it off all last year :D

  12. Well yesterday, game of golf then spent a couple of hours cleaning the versys, it was stinking bad with winter grit and farmer fields on the road.

Today, leathers on, started the Evo and went for a little run. Jez such a different experience. Come home smiling, nearly forgot how good a bike it was.
