  17. Any manager who has several reports to write at the end of the year, probably hates this pain-in-the-arse job (I know I did). You can make his job easier, by supplying all the material and evidence; or you can make it even harder by disputing what he has written.

    Hmm, what should I do ... make the boss's job harder for him, or easier ... ?
