  2. bought 100 yellow nuimberplate screws recently but do you think i can find them?.. everything taking longer than it should - glad i'm not the only one Fin

  4. that's what they're for ^ - easing myself in gently, most complicated jobs first :smile:. Just plumbed the light switch - even that needed an earth eyelet soldered on :Bored: and of course it's plastic pin 'dowelled' onto the (new) clip-on.. - I understand why people snip/file these off.

  5. Visited Kempton bike autojumble this afternoon - some great vintage tackle and loads of "projects" available for sale - happy couple of hours before coming back to watch the rugby.

  8. Weather is pants, about 6° and raining. It has rained all day and will continue to rain all day. And it will rain tomorrow, and the next day. I don't care; in fact I'm glad. It hasn't rained since it last snowed, and it last snowed some weeks ago. The garden will be delighted and once it stops raining, it will really take off in spring-like fashion, so all good.

    No biking so I may as well bake a cake. Seeing as the lemon drizzle went down so well, I'm just about to make an orange drizzle. How hard can it be? Not very.

  13. Rode 50 miles to Moto Rapido, bought a fuse for 26p then went to Loomies for a cup of tea.
