  2. Stripped half the roof off of my house....the rest will be coming off tomorrow along with my nextdoor neighbours house as well as its a joint effort. First time ive done a roof in twenty years and quite enjoying it....6 pallets of tiles turning up next week....

    Edit....just to add im not telling porkies...!

  4. Ive lived another day. No idea why or how, do I deserve it, who knows. Done my best, expected nothing. Life is a journey, but the fucker can be hard. Does wisdom come with age or experience. Loved ones are gone, missed. Memories hurt. Sun is up soon, another morning, so give it a go.

  8. We've got sons, wives and four grandchildren (two aged 3, one aged 14 months and one 3 weeks old) coming to stay the weekend. I'll need a rest after the weekend.

  17. Decided on sausage sarnies and a morning of Spider-Man with the lad. Son has already managed to break his pants draw by trying to sit in it this morning. Chip of the ol block that one.
