3 days since Pfizer jab, no ill effects except an uncontrollable urge to eat gherkins and lumps of coal.
Had mine just over a week ago. The process was very efficient. I felt a bit tired and slightly dizzy that evening, so went to bed early. I was fine the next day.
Had the Vauxhall Astra one last week and only just started feeling well again, hit me for 6... I was going to say, no complaints as i’m lucky to be offered it ( no spleen ) but, i am going to complain.. Having the Oxford one, with its side effects etc i was expecting to become far more intelligent by now.. I had a thermometer administered afterwards and my degrees apparently were on the rise.. Yet, a week later and i’ve received no acknowledgement of new degrees accumulated by Oxford University? Perhaps they are waiting till i get the second jab and letting me know then.. X
For those who have had Pfizer jabs. this is another article from Canada stressing that the second jab being outside of the time frame used in testing is of no consequence. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-...-dose-as-first-highly-effective-idUSKBN2AI0EC
Oxford AZ here. Got notified by text on Sun from procare. Thought it was a scam at first but all checked out and gave choice of venue for the jab. Properly quick and efficient service.
Mate had his the other day, whilst driving home his vision went all blurry and he could hardly see to get into his house. Immediately called the vaccination centre who told him to get someone to take him back to the centre immediate as he’d left his glasses behind.
My biker buddy’s wife had the AZ jab on Monday, ok on the day, but the next day she had the full range of symptoms, headaches, nausea, extreme tiredness, lost appetite, but now feeling ok again after a couple of days.
I had my second Pfizer three days ago (first in December). Some nasty side effects this time round, headache, tiredness, muscular pains, lasting a couple of days. Ok today. Also, I had a nightmare the first night (my garage was full of BMWs…) Mind you, Pfizer is a German vaccine..
the lad had a test today, it has to be done every morning before he goes to school. he didnt enjoy it that much but it gave me a giggle watching him gag as the wife rammed a big cotton bud down his thoat and up his snoz.
every day he is at school. it's the same for all the senior kids going back to school. we all have these home testing kits. our pr1-3 are back full time as of this week. and the older kids are back 1-2 days a week to do course work.
