We'll said. OMG what an insane transformation. This guy needs his license taken away and to start back on scooters. Each to there own, but I can't understand the destruction of such a brand.
I quite like white things with black wheels. It's not like having white furniture with gold fittings. Now that is naff.
I'm still a traditional gun metal grey or metallic black and silver wheels kind of chap, can't quite embrace white unless it's a 911 GT3 RS
How do I get the website link for this please !!!! Lol Oh EL Toro your just upset as it shows up your Burberry themed one ( legs it )
Sorry Glid I was referring to paintwork ie I'm not keen on white cars, I probably could of constructed the sentence slightly clearer.
It's strange, but I ended up with a white Alfa 33 estate in the early 90s which I then had for about 8 years. I didn't want a white car, but I did want that model and there was a pristine 2nd hand one available for the right money just up the road. At some stage I unwisely hung a small earthenware pot from the rear view mirror, containing vanilla essence from the Body Shop. My car now not only looked like an ice-cream, it smelt like one. After that, a similar thing happened. I ended up with a white Xara Citroën estate for a couple of years. I still didn't want a white car. Oddly, I now quite do. I suspect my next car will be white. They've sort of grown on me. I particularly like pearlescent white. My Alfa is pearlescent blue. Colours that change in different lights - you get bored of them less quickly. White has suddenly become rather fashionable, but in France it's been going on for years. Everyone's car is white. Better in summer perhaps? I am also struck by how monochrome people are. Look around your average city centre and everyone is wearing black, or grey, even their winter jackets. Look at your average car park and cars are overwhelmingly monochrome. It's all a bit sad, isn't it? Where has the joie de vivre gone? Or is is just lack of imagination?
Back in 1989 I had a Golf Gti 16V in white, I only had white because it was a company car and my budget wouldn't stretch to metallic paint! Oak green would have been preferable.
I notice he says "don't consult me...." Hell, after seeing that, that's all I can do.....absolutely shocking.
It's now the nuts to have a white car ... Can't stand them myself I ended up with a green car??? Oh white wheels on bikes . I went for yellow just as bad to maintain
My old third hen Camaro, and my early 80's Oldsmobile Cutlass looked great in white, as did my toyota celica. My first CBR600 (jelly mould) looked great in the predominantly white Benetton colour scheme.
