For Spain you may be in for a surprise. Included in the treaty on recognition of driving licences between the UK and Spain in IIRC 2023 there was a section allowing the Spanish Police access to DVLA info for prosecution purposes and vice versa. Lots of folks have found this out a few months after their hols....
