With my Pedantic head on - again, and being a bit of a Land Rover 'Nerd'. That Range Rover will be on at least 20" rims already, most likely 21" or 22". The painted on lines would be suggesting at least 30"
The image is suggesting a very low profile tyre,@10-20% aspect ratio by the look of it, of the same OD as the original tyre. So the overall size of the wheel/tyre combination is no larger than with the original 20/21/22" wheel. It's all a bit irrelevant really as such big wheels and really low profile tyres are not available outside of the American niche custom scene. I think they are referred to as 'Donks'.
Plenty of these customised cars on the island usually being ragged up and down the highway usually popping and farting through their special exhausts. Have seen only one Ducati Monster.
