Pict, Saw some pictures of the start of your project and must admit was not conviced about red frame / green cover and I think at the time the fairing was all different colours - obviously not finish. I did not expect the white body work (maybe I was expecting red) but think the colours work very well together, top job. P.S. Can I have tha swing arm when your finished with it. Cheers Gaz
Theres one for sale for NZ$400, just up the road from me, Ducati 900ssie rear oval alloy swingarm | Trade Me
NZDave, NZ$400 I am from Yorkshire for God's sake where all the tight gits come from, I said "can I have" nothing about money changing hands. Cheers Gaz
^ the side stand might have broken off I kinda used it as a pivot to lift both wheels off the ground to turn the bike around in a tight village road... Saved it before it hit the deck though
Yes but that's not telling the boys and girls why that poor bike has to lean against trees signs etc, is it? There might be a valuable leSSon to be learned, (see what I did there?)
I didn't see it until you pointed it out, I thought it was your signature thingy. BTW, tight village road is an understatement, steeper than the old hovis advert and less than a mini's length wide.
Here's my 900ss next to a lovely 749R at the wkd. Absolutely stunning bike and the 749's not bad either.
