Which way were you thinking of going, I was thinking of going down the A45 to Daventry,then picking up the A5, leaving at about 9.30ish?
So which route are the Eastern lot likely to take and latch onto each other? I am most likely to go A14 / A45 / A508 or A509 / A5...........a bit longer than A14 / A428 / A1 / A421 / M1 / A421 / A5, but IMO less likely to hit traffic problems....
13 so far then. Weather app say dry where I am Brentwood and light showers at Towcester. I can live with that. Gonna invite Essex doc tonight so maybe a couple more. We'll meet at A5/M1 junction 10.30 and ride up A5. I quite often use that as alternative to M1 as it a nice road in places. Keeping an eye on the weather as I'm huggerless and polished alloy, I don't mind getting wet but not the bike.

We could meet up at the Ricoh say between 9,30 - 9,45? Will be calling in to meet up with my mate at Whitley on the way down to the A45.
