Picked up some for mine last week at Silverstone, I was looking for the clear ones but they only had black at the time. That being said I'm pretty happy with how it looks and probably prefer the black now :)

  2. Looks good Matt I like it. I have black ones on a black bike and I really like them. I haven't had any problems with them marking leathers.

As others have said they won't mark the tank especially if you use a hair dryer to heat them prior to removal.

Just a word of warning, if purchasing of the Bay of Fleas make sure they are under 2 years old, there is a date stamp on the top of the packet. If you have any trouble with them Stomp Grips are very helpful but will not touch you if the grips have been purchased from aforementioned market. They say they have been inundated with complaints from that particular market, with dodgy types selling old stock well by the used date. The problem is the adhesive apparently has a fixed shelf life.

I did exactly that and one of the grips fell off and went through the rigmarole I just described. However I have strong double sided sticky tape handy and after removing all the adhesive applied that, stuck the pad on and its all been fine ever since.

    Just a wee "heeds up"

  4. I hear the clear ones are a pain to fit....one misplaced finger and it gets messy! I have a clear tank pad, 2nd one after fumbling the first :(
