Update on the Mk V I bought it , now turning into a serial restorer. Everthing is fine with the bike The Top yoke is original the exhausts are original , in fact its one of the most original SL's that I've seen , yes the frame has been replaced but that isn't uncommon with these, it also has with the most complete history file I have ever seen , I'm toying with the idea of restoring it to concourse as it really could be a stunner.

 

I see you got your other one on ebay at the mo on buy it now or best offer. Had any offers on it?

 

Yes 2 @ 5K but I haven't accepted them , I sold #171 for that.

 

I envy you, I haven't had a sniff on mine. I might do what you did and buy it no with best offer.

 

Alternatively sev you can take my multistrada 1000 s and my half finished 900 cafe in a swap and sell them and I can own the most beautiful 900 around
