Thankfully, we don’t all like the same thing, I think it’s awesome and is a lot more harmonious with the shape than many of the custom jobs turned out by some of the self promoting style houses. Andy
Considering they are designed by me and build / fitted by me, it was my only way of being able to fix them propperly to the bike (riveted) I agree it's not 'perfect' but i'll take function over looks, but yeah, if I were to build another set that would be the thing that I would change
Thank you, no chance of selling it. Not after everything that i've done. I was thinking about it at point but it wasn't complete I can always buy another bike, but i'm not going to have another one like this
I take no offcence, seriously, my problem when I built them was how to get a rivet gun in because of the shape because it wouldn't fit, also the second issue was with the shape of the panel and the angle/ courve it had in order to put the winglet in the right position so I had to compromise then and fill the void, I would probably do it way better now as I've learned during the process but i'll keep that if I decide to build other winglet shapes I admit that, but now that it's done, got used to that and I'm happy it works as I want them
Thanks mate! Got used to having a dual underseat exhaust from the time I had the 848, But I need to constantly check my mirror because of how loud it is, got the baffles off Track wise I had 104 with baffles on, no problem on full trottle on brands
It's full ti so I don't feel it if I'm wearing leathers, I can't complain at all, riding in jeans you can feel it but not much, not to the point it burns that's for sure, and I've rode it in both scenarios through full trafic in london in hot weather So yeah, it's awesome really, my 848 was hotter with normal cans
