Thought you were going to Brands Hatch for BSB? I'm still building the manshed otherwise woul pop up just stopped raining in Chessington

 

A wet Brands didn't appeal on my jack. It was lousy here when I woke up for MotoGP but I've now got sunny skies.

I'm sensing an afternoon mini blast if it clears some more.

 

Same here .... early thunder & lightning changed my mind about going to BSB.
Weather still looks stormy still here but getting itchy feet from being indoors too long :frown:

 

My lunch plans got blown so I'm hoping it stays dry. If it's still clear, I'll probably chance a quick run to Box and replace my planned lunch with some fried Shergar. No idea on timings but probably around midday if anyone is about.

 

Forecast has changed here and now no rain until later this afternoon. Cool.

I departed at 5.15 after sitting with BH regulars Si & Alan for a while. Blue sky on the way home

 

Had standing water up to the chain on the way home. A couple of moments and very ponderous. Not helped by some idiot on a GS flying past and making me feel like a twat for keeping the pace steady.

Bike is now as filthy as I'd like to be with Zoe Saldana.

 

Oh no .... not again .... that Zoe "thing" you have going! Someone should let her know she is on your wishlist.....

 

I can't let her know myself. I'm not allowed within 500m of her since the incident. :~)

 

It's the calm before the storm. Might be at Box for a mid morning coffee and quick getaway before we all succumb to the hurricane.
